Our return policy
It is our goal to provide the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with your product please let us know and we will do everything to make it right. You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)* number from our inventory management team. Simply email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe the issue with the product and your order number. We will respond with your RMA number and instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse. All RMA request must be made within 30 days post item delivery. We do not refund shipping costs and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original packaging and include all components in good condition. Unfortunately, all pepper spray (unless defective) are not accepted for returns.
*Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted
Returning a defective product
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product please contact us within 10 days after product delivery. Replacement request must be made by emailing us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). A replacement product will be issued once the defective item is returned and received. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us.
